Does This Ring a Bell?

The Carillon Tower rises majestically into the Madison night. The carillon is not actually the tower but rather the musical instrument within the tower. The structure is, more properly, a campanile (or, more prosaically, a bell tower). This information is of interest to those of you who wish to speak properly or prosaically and probably to no one else.
