Your Name in Lights

How to salute graduates during a pandemic? It takes creativity, and the Wisconsin School of Business rose to the challenge with a May 9 light show called “Business Badgers Light the Way Forward.” From 9 p.m. to midnight, the east façade of Grainger Hall glowed red with a four-story display featuring graduates’ names, exploding fireworks imagery, UW iconography, and congratulatory messages. There was no mistaking the symbolism: these graduates have a bright future.
